I had Orkin before this and was having a difficult time getting response from them and what I thought was fleas. Mind you we don’t have pets. My fiancé was getting bit and I was stressed out. I landed on 1st Response looking for better help and sent an inquiry. Someone contacted me via text and let me know a technician was going to call. Jeff gave me a call and went through a checklist of things and explained to me what he thought might have happened since fleas aren’t common in my area. He even explained how I can treat it on my own since it didn’t sound like it was a big infestation! Which was amazing! He also told me they could still come out.
